Anti-Spam Policy
Last Updated: May 9, 2026
Fibuqia is committed to maintaining a communication environment that is respectful, relevant, and free from unsolicited or deceptive messaging. This Anti-Spam Policy outlines the standards and obligations that apply to all users, participants, and parties who send communications through or in connection with the Fibuqia platform at fibuqia.com.
By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy in full. Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of access to our services.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all electronic communications sent through or in connection with the Fibuqia platform, including but not limited to:
- Email communications sent via platform tools or integrations
- Notifications and messages sent to registered participants or subscribers
- Automated or bulk messages initiated through any Fibuqia feature
- Communications sent on behalf of Fibuqia by third-party service providers
- Any outreach conducted using data obtained through the platform
This policy applies regardless of the communication channel used, including email, in-platform messaging, push notifications, or any other digital medium made available through our services.
2. Prohibited Practices
The following practices are strictly prohibited on the Fibuqia platform:
2.1 Unsolicited Bulk Messaging
- Sending unsolicited commercial messages to individuals who have not given explicit consent to receive them
- Distributing mass communications to lists obtained through scraping, purchasing, harvesting, or any other non-consensual method
- Sending repeated messages to recipients who have not responded or who have indicated they do not wish to receive further communications
2.2 Deceptive Communications
- Using false, misleading, or forged sender information in any message header or address field
- Employing deceptive subject lines or preview text that misrepresent the content or purpose of a message
- Impersonating Fibuqia, its staff, or any other individual or organisation in any communication
- Concealing the commercial or promotional nature of a message
2.3 Technical Abuse
- Using open relays, proxies, or other technical methods to obscure the origin of messages
- Deploying bots, scripts, or automated tools to send messages without proper authorisation
- Circumventing unsubscribe mechanisms, opt-out processes, or consent management systems
- Harvesting contact information from the platform for use in external mailing campaigns
2.4 Content Violations
- Sending messages that contain malware, phishing content, or links to harmful or deceptive websites
- Distributing content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful
- Sending messages that promote illegal goods, services, or activities
3. Consent and Permission Standards
All communications sent through the Fibuqia platform must be based on a valid and verifiable basis of consent. The following standards apply:
3.1 Explicit Consent
Recipients must have clearly and actively opted in to receive communications from you. Pre-ticked checkboxes, implied consent, or bundled agreements do not constitute valid consent under this policy.
3.2 Clear Identification
Every message must clearly identify the sender. You must not obscure your identity or send communications on behalf of an undisclosed third party.
3.3 Honest Purpose
The stated purpose of any communication must accurately reflect its actual content. Recipients must not be misled about the nature, origin, or intent of a message.
3.4 Record of Consent
Where consent is required, you are responsible for maintaining accurate records of how and when consent was obtained. Fibuqia may request evidence of consent in the event of a complaint or investigation.
4. Unsubscribe and Opt-Out Requirements
All marketing or promotional communications sent through the platform must include a clear and functional mechanism for recipients to opt out of future messages. The following requirements apply:
- Every promotional message must include a clearly visible and accessible unsubscribe link or opt-out instruction
- Opt-out requests must be honoured promptly and without requiring the recipient to take unnecessary additional steps
- Once a recipient has unsubscribed, no further promotional messages may be sent to that individual unless they subsequently provide fresh consent
- Unsubscribe mechanisms must remain functional for a reasonable period following the sending of a message
Transactional messages, such as account confirmations, security alerts, or service notifications, are exempt from opt-out requirements where they are strictly necessary for the delivery of the service.
5. Responsibilities of Platform Users
Any individual or organisation using Fibuqia to communicate with others accepts full responsibility for ensuring that their communications comply with this policy. Specifically, you are responsible for:
- Obtaining and maintaining valid consent from all recipients before sending any communication
- Ensuring the accuracy of all sender information, subject lines, and message content
- Honouring all opt-out and unsubscribe requests in a timely manner
- Ensuring that any third-party tools or integrations used in conjunction with the platform comply with this policy
- Promptly reporting any suspected misuse of the platform's communication features to Fibuqia
6. Fibuqia's Own Communications

- Transactional and service-related communications are sent only when necessary to deliver or support the services you have requested
If you believe you have received an unsolicited communication from Fibuqia in error, please contact us at help@fibuqia.com so that we may investigate and correct the matter.
7. Reporting Spam and Abuse
If you receive a communication that you believe violates this policy, or if you suspect that the Fibuqia platform is being used to send spam or abusive messages, we encourage you to report it. You may do so by:
- Emailing our team at help@fibuqia.com with details of the communication you received
- Including the sender's address, the date and time of the message, and a copy or description of the content where possible
All reports are treated confidentially. We investigate all credible complaints and take appropriate action where a violation is confirmed.
8. Consequences of Violations
Fibuqia takes violations of this policy seriously. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, the following actions may be taken:

Fibuqia reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate to protect the integrity of its platform and the wellbeing of its users, including cooperating with law enforcement or regulatory bodies where required.
9. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Where the Fibuqia platform integrates with or connects to third-party services, users remain responsible for ensuring that their use of those integrations complies with this policy. Fibuqia does not accept responsibility for spam or abusive communications originating from third-party tools, but will cooperate with investigations and take platform-level action where appropriate.
Third-party service providers engaged by Fibuqia to deliver communications on our behalf are required to adhere to standards consistent with this policy as a condition of their engagement.
10. Changes to This Policy
